Andy Coley is an internationally recognised trainer of NLP, an award-winning TEDx speaker and an expert in leadership development, plus a #1 International Amazon Best Selling Author when his debut book Leadership is a Skill launched on the 24th February 2025.

With a background in tech and web development, Andy has built a career focused on empowering individuals and teams to cultivate the essential skills of leadership, regardless of their formal position in an organisation.

His approach to leadership training blends practical skill-building with deep insights into human behaviour.
